I wana know the difference between US and UK laws .What is the basic difference between US and UK legal system .It's really necessary for me to know about this. How can we explain it in simple language.

Although you have not stated for what purpose it is really necessary for you to know about the difference between the US & UK legal system, but, evidently you seem to be student of Masters Course in some foreign University and you have to solve some assignment related to your Masters Degree, which needs proper research.
Moreover, even if you base your answer with reference to answers here, the valuers of your assignment may not give you pass marks by simply stating that you have not answered with reference to your classroom lesson modules.
So, better refer your classrom lesson modules of your university.
