Respected experts,
I had purchased a second hand motorcycle from a person..what are the legal procedure required in transfer of ownership in favour of me...which sections,act should i follow..and also about the insurance facility..

Form No. 28 and 29 along with other documents like Pollution Check, Insurance papers, R.C., Your ration Card/ Election Card/ Passport, Photographs, the required fees and attested copies of the same documents in duplicate.
