Leave and license

Please let me know what to do if my flat which is given on 22 months leave and license is expiring on 31st July 2012 and the licensee wants to take the flat for one more year. He wants the same name to be there on the new agreement starting 1st August 2012 which will be for another 11 months.

Is it safe that the same person renews it and keeps renewing it?

Yes there is no problem. But such should be registered if required according to local laws.

instead of renewing agreement every 11 months make agreeemnt for 33 months with renewal clause . have it stamped and regd
