Leave and licence and lease

hello

i wanted to enter into leave and licence agreement for 19 years and i wanted to get the same registered with sub registra office in goa after paying all the stamp duty on it as per lease deed.

but i don't wont that said agreement to be called as leased deed and also i don't wont to create any right by adverse possession in my property.

what is the best way to save my property from the lessee and also what clause should i put in the agreement so that the lessee wont have any right over my property.

there is no problem if u make lease agreement.... do make the term for 5 yrs which shall be further reunual at ur consent.... you need to make it wisely so that he can not miss use the same... for any further help do contact me or do reply back
