Law of Frustration

Dear Sir,
What is Law of Frustration as far as property laws are concerned. My father has given a property to me to enjoy for 100 years to be handed over to another person after that period. Can that person to whom I have to transfer the property after 100 years claim the property at an early date by applying the Law of Frustration.

Please post the correct facts and not imaginary ones.
If you want to know as to what is 'law of frustration' ask that question in a straight manner, instead of trying this round about method.
