Dear Anonymous,
The best is never any institution, but your own concentration of mind, graspingh and analytical power. Any law college can just facilitate to make you aware of the legal knowledge. Rest depend upon your own concept, grasping power, your own analytical power and proper presentation of any problem or to find solution for the same.
If you can clear CA exams even after getting yourself fully engrossed with the accounting and auditing jobs while in articles, why can't you clear LLB honourably by taking admission in law college near your place.

Yes, As per my information ,The maximum age who desires to pursue three years law is 30 years and for five years LLB is 20 years. However, you have to check with concern university/college, in which you wish to study.
