Being an independent practicing advocate i would like to know that if all the terms and conditions in the leave and licence agreement for shop given on rent goes in the favour of the owner then what legal remedy is available with the tenant to contest the case in the court and if require how the tenant can approach the police station for legal aid in case of any emergency?
