Hi,
Good morning,
Here i know the rules as per Law.

1. I am Married and living with Husband and children.
2. I had 05 brothers ( All are married ) and father and Mother was expired in 2011.
2.In my Mother name one un registered plot (Only legal documents) available
3.There is no "will" from my father and mother.
4.now my brothers deside to sell that land..

how is distributed to all ? is it correct Mother property belongs to Daughter ? and what is the other benefits

Please tell me .

If you are a Hindu, all the sons and daughters of your parents will get equal share from the property of them, as provided for in the Hindu Succession Act.
