Land ownership title deed - 1-b register revenue records

Sir,

I am belongs to Telangana State where A.P.RIGHTS IN LAND AND PATTADAR PASS BOOK ACT, 1971 and Rules 1989 are prevailed.

The land particulars are entered in the title deed and pattadar pass book as well as concerned pahanies, but did not enter in the 1-B record. Can the title is said to be genuine? please clarify....

Dear Laxmikanth,

Better discuss the real problem and the purpose to which your query is linked, whether merely for the purpose of deciding the ownership and pattadari of land or for loan purpose. However, as of general view, title deed is primary record, while 1-B is secondary record that depends upon the particulars of title deed.

Whether a registered and proper title deed is available? if yes, then verify the title with the other correlated documents (revenue records) to match the title and other genuine issues of the property and proceed, take the advise of your advocate or any advocate in the local for second opinion too.
