A land measuring 3kanal 19 Marla was aquired by the HUDA department at Village Gonchi, Faridabad , Award no.2 dt.12/4/1982. My father was a pattedaar of this land. After the acquisition the payment for the land was received in 1983. After that my father was diagnosed with Blood Sugar and Pancreas Cancer, so we could not apply for the enhanced payment of the land, because we have to file a case for the same within 14 year's. Now my father is still ill. Can we file a case now for enhanced payment of the land.

As per my opinion, you may file a case for enhanced compensation on the grounds mentioned in the query. Consult with local expert lawyer for filing case.
