Karnataka rtc and mutation extract and order

I have purchased a property 30x40 site 5 yrs Back.I have checked the records of RTC and Mutation clear title on seller even as on date.Recently some of them are claiming GPA holder( un register) claiming that he got Temporay Injection order.As per OS I could not able to get any evidence.How to check the Facts.

You ask the claiming person on whom he has taken the injunction order.
You file a Permanent Injunction case against those person who are obstructing you for the peaceful enjoyment of the propery.
