Justice for my brother

Respected sir,
My brother was attacked by 7 members with

Iron rods.My brother was sevearlly injured

and hospitalised. Nose bone was broken and

Head injury.Conducted major operation in

APOLLO Hospital,chennai. Police personnel

taken bribes Rs 2lacs from other party and

framed charges IPC Sections 147.148.149 and 324.My brother was narrowly escaped from
murder. How can I approach for real justice for my brother and what shall i do to frame charges on attempt to murder in my Brother case.

you first engage one lawyer and meet police higher officials with doctor report thereafter not filed complaint in exact section, than send telegram through lawyer, than immediately file writ petition at high court. where in chennai ?
