jUDIACIAL sEPARATION CASE

My son had problems with wife, and lawyer had filed the case of judicial separation as he said the divorce can be filed only after two year of completion of marriage. Now the wife has put the case for maintenance.She is earning a net salary of Rs 38000/-. How this case can be converted into divorce, or is there any other way that the marriage can be broken.

if you can prove that your wife has earning the said amount, and if you ask to her for mutual divorce
