Judgment of single bench of high court

Pls tell , in a matter of land aquisition the single bench of high court gave a judgment against the private company . and similar matter are fixed in single bench of another judge of same high court of diffrent company , pls tell whether that another judge is bound by decision of the earlier bench.. wat can be the fate of the matter.

if the decision is deliered by division bench then the single bench is bound to follow the devision bench order and not the another judge of single bench is not bound by the dicision of earlier single bench

thanks.. our high court lawyer is saying that the concurrent bench cant over rule this judgement... is it right.

The Other judge has to follow the precedent set by the previous judge. He has to follow the judgement or else he can refer the matter for full bench if he wants to differ the precedent already set by the high court single judge.
