Well there is a judgment from Kerala High Court,regarding the Mobile Phone Towers,however i do not know exactly the year of citation but is recent;the gist of the judgment is "that is must for the mobile service providers to obtain a clearance certificate from Pollution Board before installation of Mobile towers;Though the gravity and bandwidth and the fixed ratio of radiations is must for the companies to submit before the pollution board and the intensity of radiations must be such that wont effect the health of people surrounding the tower.
