issue after divorce

Thanks very much sir, but her parents came to my home yesterday evening. They have been informed about divorce somehow. They threaten us to see in court and said you have deceived our daughter. Now what should i do I have consult with my lawyer he told me not to worry. But I want to ask to you. Sir she was first petitioner and I was second. Some one told me she can reopen the case within three months of court decision. Is it true? I have given 1 lack also. Now my son is with me. Please help me sir.

Tom sir thanks first of all. Sir I got married in 2006 and we had a son in 2007. but due to some very serious fact we decided to live separately in 2008. She forced me to take divorce or she would take wrong way like dowry case. She agreed to give me my son who is already living with his grand parents. In Dec. 2010 we both filed divorce application under 13B mutual divorce. After six months on June 2011, we got divorce. My parents knew about this matter. But her parents did not know. I don’t know why she did so. I have given 1 lack to her. Rest you know. I want to ask to you. Sir she was first petitioner and I was second. Some one told me she can reopen the case within three months of court decision. Is it true? Her parents threaten me to file a case for forgery. Now I don’t know where she is living. I am unable to contact her. I think she has been hidden. Now what should I do.

in this matter a time period of 6 months is already given to you both for the rehabilitation and when you not succeeded in that the decree for divorce is granted to you and your wife given the divorce with her own consent and not with any other pressure so dont worry and carry on you business.

sir agree with you but if her parent file any case against me or my parent, then we have to go in the court and have to heir a lawyer for this. Sir is there any possibility that judgment of court could be against me.There are some relatives of her in police now you can understand my situation. what should be my first step now.
