Investment in trusts

How safe to invest money in a trust to get a unit of sr.citizen accommodation.it is assured that the entire money will be refunded within 3 months from the date of vacation of the accommodation unit.the property will not be registered in investors name.

I am sorrey Mr. Kalaiselvan.My intention was to get some basic information & being a sr. citizen i had in my mind to get one accommodation by investing in one of the trusts.Since i got very good advises/clarifications in earlier instances from this web site,i had approached and it is not that i wont consult advocates by paying their fees.Any way my sincere thanks for ur advise.
