in some agreements the parties express certain words, the definitions of which are not available, because of this either of the parties may suffer, in such cases how the approaches to bring the agreement in the actual intention of the parties ?

WHERE THE AGREEMENT IS SILENT ABOUT XERTIN TERM OR CLUSE THEN INTENTION OF THE PARTIES TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT IS TO BE SEEN.
