After the anticipatory bail, person need not to get the bail again while facing the trial .Whereas in anticipatory bail, the person will taken in to judecial custody every time whenever on the fixed date,he will face the court .In regular practice,we apply for the interim bail where there is the order of same day disposal on the bail from HC and prosecution seeks for the time or where there the final bail is granted but the court is of the view that the sureties are to be verified .
