If You are already married there is no time limit to register the marriage. Both you have to file an application before the nearest sub registrar to register the marriage. you have to furnish your marriage invitation card if available and marriage photo. The Sub-Registrar will issuing the marriage certificate.

If you are not married till now both of you have file the application for register marriage. there is a thirty days time to register the marriage from the date of application. The Sub registrar has publish the said application on the notice board and after 30 days he will register the marriage.
