I have been staying from last 55 years with my maternal uncle on whose name he is getting Rent Receipt from Landlord. He does not have any children. Now he is 83 years old & wants to transfer the rent receipt on my name. I am not his son but has been staying with him as good as adopted (without changing my own name). Will landlord will take objection for this mutual transfer or he may charge the transfer charges & how much it should be. Please answer as early as possible, since the meeting is going to take place within 3 days time - Ranjan
