If it's on a non-judicial stamp paper, notory signature is not necessary.

Always indenmnity bond on Rs.100 Stamp paper, notriztion is necessary. In some offices require notraiztion and some not

Notorisation of ondemnity bond may not be compulsory, but it is always safe to notorise it.
