WE HAVE A DOCUMENT OF OUR LAND NOW WE HAVE TAKEN THE CC OF THAT DOCUMENT THE SIGNATURE IS CHANGED AND MORE OVER THE
DOCUMENT IS MODIFIED>
CAN THEY CHANGED THE DOCUMENT IN REGISTER OFFICE
1)HOW CAN I PROVE THAT MY DOCUMENT IS GENUINE
2)CAN I CASE A FILE AGAINST SUB REGISTER OFFICE IS IT ADVISABLE.
3)I KNOW THAT SOME THIRD PARTY FRAUD PEOPLE HAVE CHANGED in REGISTER OFFICE.
4)KINDLY SUGGEST ME .

This is very alarming. Not only signatures are obtained but thumb impressions are also marked on the document. You can file the police complaint with the aid of the lawyer to establish that certain pages are changed.If you have prior agreement that would help you.This is not the simple querry which can be replied as it involves minute details of your case.
