Is there any impact of civil cases on Public sector bank jobs? Is there any requirement to fill the details of civil cases on attestation form

Pending civil cases does not effect/impact eligibility on Govt/bank jobs.pendency of criminal case debars such eligibility.Further no requirement to fill details of pending civil cases in attestation form.
