SIR,
I AM NITIN KHAITNAR FROM INDORE .MY WIFE PUT DOWRY CASE AGINST ME AND MY MOTHER RIGHT NOW SHE IS LIVING WITH HER FAMILY LAST 2 MONTHS AND MY WIFE AND HIS FAMILY MEMBERS DOESN'T ALLOW ME TO MEET MY CHILD.SO HOW CAN I MEET WITH MY CHILD PLEASE GUIDE ME ACCORDING TO LAW.WHERE SHOULD I APPLIED.

YOU CAN APPLY TO FAMILY COURT FOR THIS, YOU CAN ALSO DEMAND CUSTODY OF THE CHILD...

Thank you for reply sir but i want to know what is the chances for result 100% positive .if my wife and her family members not allowe than what should i do . please guide me

Dear Mr. Naresh,
He can ask for custody of child. But will the court allow.
He will surely get visitation rights to meet the child. The Court will definitely grant him that right. But, custody, the Court will not give it to the husband.
