How to ascertain maintenence amount for RWA in Uttar Pradesh

(Querist) 31 January 2011 This query is : Resolved 
We have different sizes of flats in our building and the rates are calculated on per square area basis.
This means that the larger flats have to pay more for maintenance.
Sice the RWA is providing equal services to all flats they should charge equal maintenace from all flat owners irrespective of the size.
Please suggest legal position.

the charges are to be charged as per mentioned in the bye laws of the RWA.
