How one can get a job in legal firm?

Hi,

I am a final year law student studying in TMC law college, Thane....I want to know how one can get a job in a legal firm? because many law firms are approaching to reputed law colleges for recruitment but it is not in the case of other colleges.....so how they can get an opportunity to work in legal firm?
