how can i join the bar council of delhi

Hello, I have done a 3 year L.L.B from Faculty of Law, Bihar University. Now I want to apply for Membership with The Bar Council of India as an Advocate. So please let me know the procedure for that.

pls go to the councils office at delhi and take the form fill it n complete all the documents n requisite fees. this is the procedure for emrollment.

dear vinay,

every state has it own Bar Council Office, make sure where u intend to practice as a lawyer.

for Bihar the office is in Patna, apply the license there, u may get license from Patna but it will give u a right to practice as a lawyer anywhere in India.

Bar council of india is not a registering authority. as advised by mr kiran kumar you should apply to state bar council where you want to practice.

First Go to Bar Council of Patna and Inform/transfered your practicing place in to patna to Delhi than after go to delhi.
