GRABBING GOVERNMENT LAND

Sir, my neighbour has grabbed some land from the side of municipal road about 1.5 cents and the land situated at 'L'turn road side. It is please note that the road is a narrow and 'L'turn and hence the vehicle from steepy road and turning which regualrly happening of accidents. Please give guidlines to take the said government land as a purbli interest.

You have to approach the appropriate authorities viz. the Municipal Deptt and lodge a written complaint about the encroachment of land by the private party, incase no action is taken then you may approach the High court with an appropriate writ.

It is to be attended by the Muncipal Authorities and Govt Revenue Authorities .

In case it is public Road , encraochments on Public road to be removed !

In case it is Govt Land , the Govt land encroachment to be removed and Road to be widened !
