Gift deed execution

Respected Experts,
I have to execute a deed of gift of 376.39 square meter(0.375 hact or 45 by 90) land in favor of my mother. This is a farm land.

please tell me that how much money will be needed to execute this deed document.

According to Registrar Office-
land rate is 2000 square feet.
15000- Stampt charges
10,300- Receipt
4000- registrar Office
2000- lawyer fee

Now Please tell me is this calculation correct.

the stamp duty charges , registartion fees would depend upon stamp act of state wherein you are located .
