getting N.O.C in forest land

Is there any possibility to get N.O.c in the forest land in the Andrapradesh for doing granite mining in small scale?i.e in 2 /5 hects level?

I heard some leases has been granted in cittor District. please give me guidance.

I think you can't to do so.. As per mines and minerals act private individuals can not do the business without proper license from the govt.. Same time i don't know about the local laws of your's.. So just consult with your advocate.

You better refer Indian Forest Act 2002 in this regard.
