getting bail

Sir

Land forgery complaint is made against my colligues relative. he is involved in real estate and construction activities. he is trying to get bail but not getting for the past 15 days. I dont know whether he is a real acquist or not. i want to know whether there is any possibility to get bail?

Certainly he will get bail. If he is not arrested so far he may apply for anticipatory bail.
