GAP HOLDER CAN SELL THE PROPERTY?

X is an owner of the site at bangalore.. she has given a GPA to Y and registerd the GPA at Sub-registrar office,
Now we have purchased the land from Y and X's one son also singed as witness colum & registed in Sub registrar office also.
But one of the famil member of X is not allowing to use the propty, we filled a case aginst them (X is NOT expired)
Can you advise what will be JUDGMENT on this case.

your facts are very vague and without pleadings before me, i cannot comment on "what will be the judgement" What if you fail to depose properly in your case or donot stand the test of cross examination. there are various factors which effect a case, you cannot generalise them. . But yes assuming that every thing is in order, based upon what you have stated, if you have asked a proper relief from the Court , you may get your prayer being heard and allowed.
