i have a cheque allotted to me by Golden forest India company, hariyana of Punjab national bank on which amount is 4 lack and 44 thousand which is towards my father and also Valid from 01/01/2021 now i heard and also found that the company is a fraud company by visiting its web site that is http://goldenforests.in/ So all i wanted to know is that ki is there any way i can pass the cheque in today's date or i could get an loan on the cheque ,,,,kindly

How can you send a post dated cheque for clearance?Lodge a criminal complaint against the fradulent activities of the company.The other things you mentioned are vague.
