Dear Mr. K.P.Mehta,
Kem Chho ?

1. If aggrieved by the order of the Board of Nominees then a writ petition can be made before the H.C. under Article 227 of the C.O.I. This writ petition should be filed within thirty days from the date of the order of the Board of Nominees. If there are new evidences and that were not produced before such board due to their non availability while the matter was being tried by the Board of Nominees then such evidences can be submitted along with the writ petition.
