Dotted line contract are not valid contract- but onus is on you to establish that it is a dotted line contract.

In my opinion, you are not bound by that bond. Your employer can not force you into any restraint in your profession, after you leave the job, while the job nature is not of that much confidential.

HELLO,
YES THE SAME IS POSSIBLE, BUT THE PERIOD MENTIONED IN THE CONTRACT PERIOD SHOULD BE REASONABLE, AND ALSO SUCH RESTRAIN BY ANY EMPLOYER ON HIS/HER EMPLOYEE SHOULD BE IN THE INTEREST TO PROTECT THEIR BUSINESS AND NOT WITH THE INTENTION OF STOPPING ITS EMPLOYEE FROM IMMIGRATING TO BETTER EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY

THANK YOU
OCTAVIOUS
