My Son got married in DEc. 10. He was a member of My HUF. How his HUF can be created? I want to know the complete procedure. Please guide me.

Dear Mr. Patel,
You say that your son is a member of your HUF. That means you are aware how your HUF was created. The same procedure has to be adopted, if your son wants to create a separate HUF of himself.
Normally, even after marriage, there is no harm if your married son also continues to be a member of your HUF. While being a member of your HUF, he can also have a separate HUF which may comprise of himself and his wife.
