on that BASIS CBI arrested me , i approached HIGH COURT for quashing of FIR under section 482 ,
Experts kindly guide me

T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 29 February 2024
As you have mentioned that you have approached high court with a petition to quash the FIR, you may wait for the disposal details. No opinion can be rendered for the pending case.
HARISH PARMAR (Querist) 29 February 2024
thanks sir , now I am on regular bail , CBI yet not submitted chargesheet , case is pending with highcourt since 11.1.2024 my lawyer submitted precipe for early date for hearing
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 29 February 2024
If the CBI has not yet filed the charge sheet then there are very less chance for high to consider your petition to quash FIR.
If your advocate has already submitted an application to the registrar then you may have to wait.
HARISH PARMAR (Querist) 29 February 2024
Sir, we have already filed but hearing date is pending as pre admission stage from 11.1.2024
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 29 February 2024
In that case it is advisable that you withdraw the current petition and file the quash petition subsequently after the cbi is filing the charge sheet with reports before trial court in order to challenge the same before high court in the form of quash petition.
HARISH PARMAR (Querist) 01 March 2024
