Vidhi Joshi (Expert) 25 April 2013
u/s 154 Cr.P.C any one can file FIR on behalf of aggrieved party
Raja (Querist) 26 April 2013
It is well understood that u/s 154(3) CrPC can be approached to SP by post.

But what is the legal effect, if an advocate express the same on behalf of his Client...that is the question. Any citation ?

I invite suggestions from Ld. Experts...
Vijyant Nigam (09807349001) (Expert) 26 April 2013
first was not the question what is asked in the second, so the reply of clone_panvel is correct, as per the first question.

who can judge who is Ld. Experts???

Cr.P.C. has everything with regard to legal effect... start reading right from section 37 Cr.P.C. onwards.

section 39 is very important.
