What is the benefit of FIR registered U/s IPC 419,468,471 at local police station then transferred to District Crime Branch (DCB) at Superintendent of Police Office.

Any special effect this transfer?

Speedy investigation to done?

Will hope fruitful results will come out without any bias to any party?

Since the offences are related to documents, it might have been transferred to DCB on direction by SP office.
But there is no provision for transferring, unless steps taken by party for such transfer.
For speedy Investigation, with the support of our Govt Machinery, really a direction is required from Competent Court or an order from Higher Official for quick investigation. You have to verify these aspects in person
