Filing case against google india for faulty pixel-3a phone

Google sold me faulty phone and refuse to replace hence I sent legal notice via registered post to the address mentioned on the Phone Box. The notice could not be delivered to address as either the address is invalid or office moved to a different location. I tried multiple times to get address from Google, but they refused every single time. How can I file case against google in such scenario. Also is it punishable under law to write invalid address on product package and where to complaint for the same.

Issue e-mail to the google and file case at consumer redressel commission.What are the remarks of the postal authorities.Is"refused" it could be presumed.as delvered.

Searching Google can help getting address of Google.

Without mentioning confirmed address of other party there would be no use to file case.

The remarks of postal authority is "Not Delivered Addressee cannot be located".
Google has four R&D offices in India, I am not sure if their address will be valid for this case because Google Pixel Phone are imported by other parties. There is one address of importer "Redington India Limited"on package box, is it proper to file case on importer address, mentioning Google.

You have mentioned that Giigle Pixal phones are imported by third party. Search their address and also include them as Opposite Party in the Consumer Complaint.

New Consumer Act has strengthened consumer in online supply cases.
