Dear Sir, Videocon Company is not responding to my complaint.But I really want to teach the company a lesson for harassment of customers. Can you please guide me for the further steps i can take....... I have written following complaint to Nodal Officer: Dear Sir, -I have not used the gprs services on 21 may 2012. And my balance has been wrongly dedected. I strongly protest for the same. -Your executive initially offered to settle the complaint and refund me Rs. 50 but later when I did not agree for the same..... they promised me to refund full amount. But later they again call me up and says that my money will not be refunded. And since last two days, the company seems to have blocked customer care line on voice call for me.as whenever i call, i get one of following responese : 1) Network is busy 2) All the executives are busy. 3) or the executive says "sir, can i put your call on hold, so that i can transfer to my senior" and then call is kept on hold for as long as half an hour and they disconnect the call 4) or they say that "our system is not working, you please call after an hour" This kind of practice is not good. Is really harassing me....and disturbing me a lot in my job and studies. My complaint has not been resolved yet. Kindly take a serious note of same and refund me the money which has been wrongly deducted. Otherwise I will have to consider changing my service provider through MNP. And please reply me on mail only.....I have really bad experience....that on voice call you people change any of your statement anytime. So kindly communicate with me through mail only. Kindly note the following conversations which were all on voice call. Saturday, 26 May 2012 I received a call from your side on Saturday, 26 May 2012...and the executive offered me to refund Rs.50. But I didn't accept the settlement saying that Total Amount which is wrongly deducted is Rs.108.70 so why I should settle for less. Then your executive assured me to resolve the complaint and refund me the money by Monday, 28 May 2012. Monday, 28 May 2012 Later, I called the customer care on Monday, 28 May 2012 and asked about the resolution of my complaint. Your executive assured me that my money will be credited to my balance by evening 7 PM on the same day. I waited till 7:50 PM but I didn't get any amount credited to my Balance. Then I tried to call customer care, but it was not getting connected. So I sent SMS on 121 about the same. Tuesday, 29 May 2012 In the morning I received a SMS that your complaint has been resolved, but I neither received my money back nor anything else was communicated to me, and they sent me SMS that your complaint has been resolved. Then I again called customer care in afternoon to ask about my complaint. The executive told me that I will get my money back by Wednesday, 30 May 2012. But I insisted for some written communication and asked me to send his reply by SMS or Email. But he refused the same, and assured me that I will get my money back by 9 AM on 30 May 2012. But I insisted for written communication. So he asked me to hold the call so that he can transfer to his senior executive. And this way I was on hold for 20 long minutes...and then they disconnected call. And then I tried to call on 9076054321 but call was not received by them. Then I called up on 9076056789, and put a complaint for same. Then after some time I received from your executive that I will not receive any money back. please reply me on mail only.....I have really bad experience....that on voice call you people change any of your statement anytime. Hi..i had a extra maritial affair with a girl...after my families intervention i called of our relationship with thtat girl. We had physical relations also. Now that girl is calling me up and blackmiling me that i need money every month in the bank account. I am scared to discuss this with my wife as we have had a son and i scared of losing them now. hi. i got married in 1999 and im the eldest of the three daughters. All my sisers are married as of now. my father has three properties. 1 - 4.5cents commercial property which is ancestral property which he got 2- a house with 7.5 cents of land 3- a house with 20 cents of land now a month before my marriage my dad gve me property no 2 as share which infact was in my mothers name and gave me as gift. my 2nd sister got property no. 3 as her share and the third sister was given cash. at the time of marriage i was told that i would be given a share of the property no.1 which is commercial plot. However, now my father says that he has prepared the will and the property no.1 is just to be divided between them ( dad,mom and 2 sisters) and that i dont get from that. I would like to know how can i receive a share in that fathers ancestral property or is that i dnt get anything as he has stated in the will

My Wife is a Govt. Doctor and very highly qualified Post Graduate. I studied a science post graduate degree and unemployed atpresent. SUBJECT : I WANT MY WIFE AND CHILDREN BACK AND LIVE WITH ME - REUNITE. I CAN AFFORD ALL THE EXPENSES OF THEIR LIVING. My wife had left me on Jan 2010, after having an Extra Marital Affair, by means of a harassment complaint on me to PS by their parents and her and we got separated on Jan 2010 by writing an agreement in the PS for one year separation. At the time of separation our married life was 7 Years 2 months. We have children, Son(9 Yrs), Daughter(7 Yrs). She took away all her valuables,belongings etc., as per the agreement and all were noted on a stamp/bond paper and notary done. Her Father took away my children along with my wife and the same were mentioned in the agreement. After one year as per the agreement expired I called her many times for reunite, but she was reluctant to join me. The person she had an affair is 10 years younger to her and got married with a girl in their community in 2011. She disappeared and roaming with her lover and her whereabouts were unknown, for one and half years. She had not shown me the kids for one and half years. She does not lift the phone and their parents as well not cooperated and not even lift the phone and talk to me. After one and half years from agrement my wife came to me stating that she has changed completely and there were no affairs and will reunite with me after one and half years on June 2011 from the agreement date. It was all a drama, she cheated me again and she is living separately with children. We met occassionally at my residence, restaurants, and at her house(She is living alone with kids) from June 2011 till March 2012. Since April 2012 she is not allowing me to her house and not showing me the kids. I heard she started a new affair with somebody else and came to know plans to marry him. Now on May 2012 she served me court notice for DIVORCE, ALIMONY and Maintenance for Children. How to follow up the case. I do not want divorce. I have phone records of her affairs and agreements of separation and valuables, belongings given to her on bond paper notary done. Please let me know how to follow up the case. In her petition she mentioned all false things about me like I drink and beat her(I am not a drinker and I never drink and beat her), harassing, property harassment (No dowry taken), Suspicious etc., and Alimony and Maintenance for Children. How to follow up the case. Thanks Nikhil

Hi Sir, In my opp. Flat a guy around 35yrs brought 3-4 girls as a paying guest. he is married and his wife went to her mother's house. this is not the first time he brought. girls will come as PG for about 2-3 months and go. we do not have any idea whether they hav any licences to run them. can we complaint on it..?
