IAM ELDER SON OF MY FAMILY AND I HAVE 1 SMALL BROTHER AND AND 2 ELDER SISTER...AS A RULE I GOT ALL THE INHERITED PROPERTY OF MY GRANDFATHER..BUT MY PROBLEM IS THAT AS A RULE EVEN I SHALL GET THE PROPERTY THAT MY MY PARENT HAVE PURCHASED APART FROM THE INHERITED PROPERTY OF MY FORE FATHERS..IAM READY TO SHARE MY PROPERTY WHICH ARE PURCHASED BY MY PARENTS TO MY YOUNGER BROTHER APART FROM MY INHERITED PROPERTY...BUT MY 2 ELDER SISTER ARE CLAIMING THE PROPERTY SAYING THAT IT NEED TO BE DIVIDED WITHIN 4 DIVISION FOR EACH OF US AS IT IS NOT INHERITED PROPERTY AND AS A CHILD EVEN THEY HAVE GOT EQUAL RIGHTS AND OPPURTUNITY EVEN THEY ARE GIRL..IAM NOT AT ALL AGREE WITH THEM...I SAID PROPERTY MUST BE DIVIDED WITHIN BOY AND GIRL SHALL NOT HAVE A RIGHT TILL BOY CHILD IS PRESENT IN THE FAMILY AND THAT CHILD IS ME AND MY YOUNGER BROTHER...MY PARENTS ARE IN FAVOUR OF MY SISTER , BUT REALLY I DONT WANT TO SHARE THE PROPERETY WITH THEM PLEASE HELP ME GOOD SUGGESTION AND AMICABLE FINAL SOLUTION WITHIN LAW.

Respected Sir, I am married for 10 years.My husband tortured me.I came to my parents house with 5 year old daughter.Inlaws and husband telling everyone I am mentally unstable.they have contacts with doctors and some they have in family.Can they get false certificate from them saying prooving i am mentally unstable.how does the court decide ?Thankyou.
