HELLO SIR THIS SANDEEP, IN ADVANCE THANKS FOR YOUR HAPPY REPLAY MY QUERY IS EXAMPLE: A,B,C,D ARE THE 4 FAMILY MEMBERS A - FATHER B - MOTHER C - ELDER SON OF A AND B D - YOUNGER SON OF A AND B B- MOTHER DIED IN 1999. A AND C WERE SOLD THE B'S PROPERTY IN 1999 , AT THE TIME D WAS MINOR AND HE DIDN'T DO ANY SIGNATURES ANY WHERE, NOW HE WANTS TO CLAIM HIS MOTHER'S PROPERTY D HAS A RIGHT TO CLAIM HIS MOTHER'S PROPERTY SHARE NOW ? HOW CAN D CLAIM HER MOTHER'S PROPERTY SHARE? PLEASE TELL ME THE QUERY ANSWER SIR. THANKS, SANDEEP

My husband got Ex-parte divorce against me which was subsequently it was set-a-side by Honorable High Court Mumbai. Now my matter is pending in Family court in this matter family court allow me Interim Maintenance order dated 18 Jan 2013 at the rate of Rs.7000/-per month from the date of filing of Application i.e 26 April 2011 In between on July 2012 i have filed an DV case against my husband & my In-laws In Magistrate court Borivali. pass order dated 18 feb 2013 at the rate of Rs. 15000/- per month form the date of date of application i.e. July 2012 & to arrange an accommodation for me & also give me a police protection. Now my query is-- - shall i Execute both order. or- shall i execute Family court order for the period of 26 April 2011 to June 2012 & then afterwords i. e from July 2012 shall i execute Borivali courts order. waiting from reply

NAMASTE JI, Mujhe u/s340/195 Cr.P.C ko file karna hai kyonki mujh par Cr.p.c 125 main kuch aligation lagaye gaye hain jinke khilaf merepaas documentry evidence hain aur jo affidevit file kiya gaya hai usme bhi pehle file kiye gaye affidevit se alag statement hai pls mujhe u/s340/195 Cr.p.c ko same court main Cr.p.c ki kis dhara aur sectionke through court fee de kar is application ko submit karvaana chahata hoon.
