Dear sir, My Brother's wife is dragging the divorce filed by my borther on 2008 and now it is cross stage ..her cross is alsomost completes and our cross need to start but she dragging the case by filing one suit to ask her medical records from hospital in which she had aborted her poetuos with out getting consent from my brother (we stated this point also in the Divorce pettion) so they want to withdraw the sentence from our peition but we refused. Our Ground not based on that inceident but thats is also happend during thier life . Please advice what need to be take care from our side Currenly the notice hadbeen served to hospital director but last two hearing no response from them.

Dear Shonee ji, A false 498a FIR is done in UP in Moradabad in Dec, 2012 gainst me and my whole family. Currently matter is gone to mediation centre from IO of Mahila Police Thana and mediation is on verge of failure as wife is demanding huge sum of money. Please let me know how can I get the bail (Interim or regular). Not even lawyer seem to be supporting me at this moment. Thank you in advance
