What is permissive licence of house/proprty

Like in software industry is there any word applicable in Indian law on permissive licence given by say a brother to his own brothers family to live in his owned house?

Can a widow allege permissive licence given by her late husbands brother to his brothers family who live in late husbands flat and refuse to vacate after death without seeking consent of widow? There is nothing in writing since it was between two brothes

This is a matter of proof by evidence either documentary or oral or by preponderance.
She can file the suit but the maintainability will depend on how she prosecutes the case and how the defendant defends it.
There is no legal infirmity in filing a suit on this ground.
