Sir,
I have been applied for a loan in National Bank, they have been asked for the BDA Khataha as earlier the site was under the panchayat and then under BBMP, how can i produce the BDA approved and in the EC they had mentioned the site mesurement in Mts but do we still need to submit the khata which mts is not mentioned please help me as its getting delayed day by day

if you want loan submit documents called for by the bank

i will sir but its by the legal, if contacted the bank they say what legal ask you have to provide, but my question is... earlier it was with panchayat and after it got under BBMP how shall i produce when the society people say that its now in BBMP, i have already submitted the BBMP Transferred Khata.
How can i solve it?

inform the bank that it is no longer with BDA . bank basically wants to cross check whether property has been transferred in your name in BDA records . inform bank that plot is now under BBMP and that you have submitted its records .

if bank refuses to see reason then you approach another bank for loan
