Respected sir,

one private charitable trust regd.with chariy commissioner wants to sell its property.whether that trust requires permission from charity commissioner?

No. As this is only a private trust so no prior permission is required.

will you pls.tell me under which section such allowance given or is there any case law regaeding pvt.trust to sell the property without prior permission of charity commissioner
