how to reimburse the money from esi corporation

if workmen injured in employment and he has taken the treatment in private hospital, which is other than ESI hospital, what is the procedure to reimburse the money from corporation

if factory or company has 55 worker. is standing order will apply?

You can get assistants from concern local office(Branch office) there is formality to fillup the application- submit the Bills and relevant documents at your dispensary. You will get reimbursement in accordance with law.
