ancestral property

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 04 June 2010 This query is : Resolved 
one out of 8 co owners of ancestral property is against to construct a building in said property.rest of owners ready to give his share as doubled market value.but this persom not agree by some wessted interest.if this owners approach court they have to face long delay in ccourt proceedings.can they start construction without this partner's cconsent.will any legal hurdle?they are ready to give indemnity bond to compensate his share.pls give me an solution

The only problem is of the physical demarcation of the divided shares in the property and untill that has not taken place there is always a scope for trouble.
